Bluum’s “handsome” recycling stores featured on ITV’s Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh

This Sunday we had the pleasure of watching the Godfather of gardening himself, Alan Titchmarsh, feature our products on his show ‘Love Your Weekend’.

Alan was joined by DIY expert and TV carpenter Wayne Perrey.

Wayne was on the programme talking through some attractive ways to neatly hide outdoor essentials from sight through different outdoor storage solutions.

Alan spoke about how our landscape can be ruined by the need to have plastic, messy bins outside our houses and lining our streets, motivating people to look for a storage solution that is much easier on the eye. 

Alan described our recycling stores as “handsome”.

Wayne highlighted the Bluum signature living roof - a key part of our design and ethos - with Alan commenting how green roofs help us to do our bit for the environment, encouraging pollinators and maximising the amount plant life we can have in our outdoor spaces.

The chaps also talked through the bespoke design service we offer, allowing customisable options for a variety of bin storage needs.

As well as that, Wayne pointed out the drainage and sloping roof elements of our green roof design – preventing rot and keeping the bins dry. An important consideration for any DIY or gardening enthusiast!
